Return Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process:

  • Eligibility: Exchange or Return must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached.
  • Exchange/Return Process: To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will guide you through the steps and provide a shipping label after which you can send us the item to be returned.
  • Exchange/Return: After our team has received the item and confirmed that it meets our Exchange/Return conditions, we will either offer an exchange or refund (if applicable).

Yes, you can exchange any product as long as your request has been received within 3 weeks of receiving the order and the product is in the same condition as it was delivered.
